The Comptroller's P-1 and R-1 spreadsheets for each President's Budget, and the printed P-1 and R-1 for FY2013 onward. Totals count the rows marked Add (P-1) or Include in TOA: Y (R-1); the P-1 Non-Add rows are memo breakouts of advance procurement already in a line. The P-1 and R-1 spreadsheets for the FY2001–FY2009 budgets are the unclassified editions, which leave out classified lines; for those budgets the site shows the printed totals, with the classified lines taken from the FY1998–FY2027 program and cost element database.
